VAE Fees Structure Breakdown:

1. First, Second, and Third Stage Services:

• • 1st – First Stage: Covers application processing, document evaluation, and examination.
  • 2nd – Second Stage: Includes official registration, application forms, and lifetime data recording.
  • 3rd – Third Stage: Evaluation of any additional case studies, business plans, projects, research, or thesis if required.
  • Note 1: Fees are charged only upon successful initial evaluation. If the application does not pass, all fees are 100% refundable, with no costs applied.
  • Note 2: The First, Second, and Third Stages will commence immediately after the transfer of fees and submission of required documents.

Ongoing Support and Degree Issuance

2. Student Administrative Services & Support

   • Life-long administrative services and student support are provided to ensure continuous access to student records and assistance throughout the program.

3. Degree Diploma Issuance

   • Single Degree Diploma: Includes issuance of one official diploma with a unique matriculation number. or
   • Dual Degree Diplomas: Includes issuance of two official diplomas, each with its own matriculation number.

4. Comprehensive Student Administrative Support
   • Permanent records management and data updates are included, similar to services for traditional students.
   • Enrollment Services: Issuance of certificates and re-enrollment support.
   • Academic Records: Lifetime transcript and graduation certificate issuance (additional fees may apply).
   • Course Management: Assistance with registration, schedule adjustments, and classroom assignments.
   • Financial Services: Tuition management, priority scholarship applications, and financial aid counseling.

   • Degree diplomas are sealed and certified by a Swiss notary office, including a registered degree number.

6. Packaging and Delivery

   • Diplomas are securely packaged and sent via express air delivery.

   • Degree awarding schools will keep the data of the entire Comprehensive documentation report of the VAE process, covering personal details, assessment criteria, experience documentation, and certification decision.

8. Detailed Transcript Issuance

   • Transcripts include detailed coursework, grades, research projects, and academic credits.

9. Degree Diploma and Executive Certificate Hard Cover Case
